Ms. Deborah is a distinguished Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and accomplished doctoral scholar specializing in strategic healthcare leadership. With a rich background as Director of Patient Experience and Patient Relations across multiple healthcare systems in NJ and NC, she has also served as a Patient Experience Advisor for Press Ganey, achieving an exceptional client satisfaction mean score of 98 for over 60 healthcare systems and practices in the northeast.
Deborah’s expertise extends to pioneering, founding, and elevating Patient Family Advisory Councils (PFACs) to optimize organizational performance within healthcare systems and medical practices and offers such services to pharmaceutical organizations as well.
