Delegate/Listener/Viewer/Attendee- To hear the presentations, register and confirm your delegate spot.

Poster- Submit your Poster as per the IHNPUCG2024 Guidelines and proceed with registering, as soon as you register, your poster will be live on our website.

Co-Authors- If Co-authors want to attend the conference kindly proceed further with the registration.

CME Certifications (Continued Medical Education) are mostly focused on medical knowledge and the physician’s medical expert role and consist of educational activities that serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills and professional performance, and relationships that a physician uses to provide services for patients, the public, or the profession.

• To get an invitation letter and accommodation letter with your travel notification documentation (Cover Letter). Please register above by selecting the appropriate registration type and avail the benefits and assistance to get a UAE Visa. Applying for the visa includes a sequence of events and documentation in-between yourself and the designated Embassy, in this case, the Dubai Embassy in your home country. Between handing in the proper documentation and getting an answer.

1. 1. Ask the embassy to provide you with a checklist of the required documents for the visa type you wish to apply to visit UAE.List of UAE Countries: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah.
   2. Fill out the application form with correct and true information and obtain the required documents for your UAE visa process.
   3. Appoint an interview at the UAE embassy in your country of residence. The earliest you can schedule the appointment is 3 months prior to your trip.
   4. Pay the UAE visa fee and save the receipt in order to show it later to the consular officer during the interview.
   5. Show up on time at the embassy for your meeting with all the required documents with arranged in the given order. The meeting will last around ten minutes, during which the consular officer will look at your documents and ask you a few questions regarding your background and the purpose of your trip to UAE or other Countries.

• Should the guests wish to extend their stay beyond the period originally booked and confirmed, the Hotel will apply the best available rate unless the extension was channeled through the agent at least (two) days before the original check-out date. The request for the extension of accommodation will be always subject to availability.
• In case of any guest has tested COVID-19 positive, the organiser/hotel is not liable to refund or reduce the agreed accommodation stay.
• In case of any guest has tested COVID-19 positive, the guest will have to bear the charges for room sanitation fees of GBP 150.00 inclusive of taxes as per the hotel policy.

• The check-in time will be 00:00 and check out will be 00:00.

• Visa application form (which can be obtained online): It should be completed and signed
• Two recent Passport size photographs: Photographs must be within the last two or three months with light background
• Round trip reservation or itinerary: The Itinerary must include dates and flight numbers with entry and exit from the visa.
• A Valid Passport (which should be in your name as per your Government id proof) with at least two/three blank pages.
• Copy of your schedule.

• Proof of financial means (ex: 3 months bank statement, cash, credit card, certificate of employment, sponsorship letter)
